摘要: A total of 67 serovar reference strains and 7 isolates belonging to the genus Leptospira were characterized by ribosomal ribonucleic acid (rRNA) gene restriction patterns. Fifty patterns observed. Strains different genomic species always gave However, subdivided into several Forty-three serovars a specific pattern. Some could not be separated rRNA patterns: icterohaemorrhagiae, copenhageni, lai, pyrogenes jalna pattern 1; birkini, mankarso wolffi 4; canicola, gem, hebdomadis, pomona hardjo (strain hardjoprajitno) 12; valbuzzi zanoni 14; jonsis, malaya sumneri 16; arborea, ballum, castellonis kenya 35; borincana shermani 43. These data provide bases for molecular typing system Leptospira.
