摘要: Maintenance tasks and their application in the shipping industry have evolved significantly recent years. Particularly offshore industry, safety onboard, environmental protection intensive operational activities necessitate minimization of down-time preservation an excellent performance ratio. The first step innovative ship maintenance strategy, which is proposed by authors based on criticality reliability assessment, presented herein using FTA tool with time-dependant dynamic gates so as to represent accurate comprehensive way interrelation components a system. paper also presents review standards procedures, such ALARP concept, Key Programme 3-Asset Integrity (KP3) initiative, OREDA handbook well RCM RBI principles. As part Birnbaum Criticality importance measures are utilized validate results analysis. A case study diving support vessel (DSV) illustrates this strategy. main systems examined are: vessel's power plant, propulsion, water system, lifting, hauling anchoring, finally subsystems critical identified suggestions how improve overall various both at component, system managerial level proposed.
