摘要: The genus betapapillomavirus (betaPV) presently comprises more than 40 virus types including the so-called epidermodysplasia verruciformis (EV)-associated HPV, which were originally detected in EV-patients by Southern blot hybridization. BetaPV are ubiquitous general population and frequently establish themselves already during first weeks of life. Hair follicles regarded as natural reservoir. About 25% betaPV adults persist for at least 9 months. Due to very low production, seroconversion against starts sluggishly. Hyperproliferation keratinocytes psoriasis patients or after severe burns stimulates replication. Massive replication only occurs EV-patients, associated with induction disseminated skin lesions a high risk malignant conversion. In 75% this can be put down homozygous, inactivating mutations genes EVER1 EVER2. A transgenic mouse model substantiated crucial role increased HPV8 oncogene expression, induced UV-irradiation wounding, tumor induction.
