摘要: Human papillomavirus 8 (HPV8) is involved in skin cancer development epidermodysplasia verruciformis patients. Transgenic mice expressing HPV8 early genes (HPV8-CER) developed papillomas, dysplasias and squamous cell carcinomas. UVA/B-irradiation mechanical wounding of HPV8-CER mouse led to prompt papilloma induction about 3 weeks. The aim this study was analyze the kinetics level transgene expression response irritations. Transgene already enhanced 1 2 days after or tape-stripping maintained during development. could be assigned UVB not UVA. Papilloma thus always paralleled by an increased irrespective type irritation. A knock-down E6 mRNA tattooing HPV8-E6-specific siRNA a delay lower incidence This indicates that increase viral oncogene crucial for papillomatosis.
