摘要: An implantable device for use as a tissue graft is disclosed that includes substantially decellularized umbilical vessel having luminal surface and an ablumenal surface, wherein the prepared by automated dissection process. The has not been cross-linked. In one method of use, capable at least cell type seeded portion surfaces thereof. Methods using to repair damaged are also disclosed.
