摘要: Measurement of the size parathyroid glands is mandatory for selection optimal therapy secondary hyperparathyroidism. Surgical parathyroidectomy or intervention indicated patients with nodular hyperplasia as this form seldom responsive to medical therapy. Selection should be determined by number, and location hyperplasia, including ectopic glands.
