L'imagerie préopératoire des hyperparathyroïdies des insuffisants rénaux a-t-elle un intérêt en pratique clinique ?

摘要: Resume But de l'etude. – Evaluer l'interet l'echographie et la scintigraphie parathyroidiennes preoperatoires dans prise en charge chirurgicale l'hyperparathyroidie l'insuffisant renal. Patients methodes. Les dossiers des 200 derniers patients insuffisants renaux operes consecutivement 1998 a 2003 pour une hyperparathyroidie secondaire ou tertiaire ont ete retrospectivement revus facon recueillir les donnees concernant fonction parathyroidienne, resultats preoperatoires, ainsi que modalites l'exploration chirurgicale. Resultats. La sensibilite etait respectivement 36,4 49,3 %. performances deux explorations etaient accrues par leur association (sensibilite 64,7 %) chez avec recidivee. Etaient plus facilement detectees l'imagerie preoperatoire glandes ayant un diametre maximal et/ou poids eleves, situation orthotopique inferieure presentant contingent d'hyperplasie nodulaire lors l'examen histologique. Conclusion. L'echographie n'ont qu'un interet limite Leur utilisation doit etre reservee au bilan prealable intervention
