摘要: The medium from cultured optic tectum of the goldfish intact or at various days after nerve crush, co-culture this with post-crush retinal explants plating in absence fetal calf serum, but presence glucose, modulate its outgrowth. addition taurine did not further stimulate outgrowth rather inhibited it tectum. These processes were related to calcium fluxes and transport into cells. Taurine increased length neurites 5-day-old rat serum. tectum, either retina, stimulated study regeneration defined media contributes understanding tissue-target interspecies interaction.
