摘要: Several ESTs deduced as a part of cDNA encoding protein that is homologous with membrane-bound steroid binding PMBP were found. Based on the sequence data these ESTs, consensus was extracted, and primers designed based this sequence. Using thus primers, polymerase chain reaction human genes effected. As result, gene novel hormone successfully isolated from for first time.
