摘要: Abstract A new insoluble chromolytic substrate for the determination of proteolytic activity was prepared by immobilization dyed casein into structure polyacrylamide gel. The could detect approximately 0.1 μg trypsin per ml. spontaneous leakage molecules in water solutions negligible.
