摘要: A simple procedure for the detection of microbial producers proteolytic enzymes using dyed gelatin microcarrier particles incorporated into appropriate nutrient agar is described. Extracellular proteinases produced by tested strains hydrolyzed substrate and clear zones around under colonies were formed.
