摘要: Menadione and NH4Cl were reported to lower the islet content of reduced pyridine nucleotides. They used investigate possible significance NAD(P)H in regulation glucagon release by glucose arginine. (10–25 µmol/l) enhanced arginine-stimulated at a low concentration (3.3 mmol/l), but failed both affect secretion sole presence mmol/l) suppress inhibitory action 11.1 mmol/l upon output. In contrast menadione, inhibited concentration. The high was not suppressed NH4Cl. These findings do permit extrapolate A2-cell concept that nucleotides represent major coupling factor nutritional hormonal release.
