摘要: Objectives. To identify patient-assessed health instruments specific to the knee and review evidence for reliability, validity responsiveness. Methods. Instruments were identified through systematic searches of literature. Information relating instrument content, patient population, responsiveness was extracted from published papers. Results. The 16 that met inclusion criteria varied in length 4 42 items. majority form a single index; six produce profile scores. Eight have been evaluated patients with variety problems. All satisfactory internal or test–retest reliability. However, there is limited empirical support domains instruments.
