摘要: Estrogen receptor activity was quantitated in the cytosol and nucleus of normal rat liver regenerating at several time intervals after 75% hepatectomy. Cytosolic estradiol binding decreases 12, 24, 48 h hepatectomy is 30% that liver. Nuclear estrogen surgery elevated fivefold over values. No alterations affinity for have been observed. Specificity studies indicate receptors from both were similar are highly specific estrogens. These changes cellular distribution parallel increases nuclear deoxyribonucleic acid synthesis mitotic indices
