摘要: The current paper proposes a new hybrid framework to consider the tangible and intangible factors besides conventional power generation expansion planning problem. It aims at approximating results real world determining long term electricity plan of Iran from 2016–2035. In addition, it focuses on promoting shares renewable energy resources by utilizing sustainable development approach. proposed includes two stages. first stage, detailed evaluation technologies is carried out using fuzzy analytic network process benefits, opportunities risks analysis. second multi-objective model developed for optimization plan.
