摘要: The beneficial actions of n-3 fatty acids on obesity-induced insulin resistance and inflammation have been related to the synthesis specialized proresolving lipid mediators (SPMs) like resolvins. aim this study was evaluate ability one these SPMs, maresin 1 (MaR1), reverse adipose tissue and/or in two models obesity: diet-induced obese (DIO) mice genetic (ob/ob) mice. In DIO mice, MaR1 (2 μg/kg; 10 d) reduced F4/80-positive cells expression proinflammatory M1 macrophage phenotype marker Cd11c white (WAT). Moreover, decreased Mcp-1, Tnf-α, Il-1β expression, upregulated adiponectin Glut-4, increased Akt phosphorylation WAT. administration 20 ob/ob did not modify recruitment but M2 markers Cd163 Il-10. Il-1β, Dpp-4 gene treatment also improved tolerance test AMPK These data suggest that with can counteract dysfunctional inflamed WAT could be useful improve sensitivity murine obesity.-Martinez-Fernandez, L., Gonzalez-Muniesa, P., Laiglesia, L.
