摘要: Sucrose gradient centrifugation, gel nitration, and charcoal adsorption techniques have been used successfully to isolate partially characterize progesterone—binding proteins from rabbit uterine cytosol nuclei. Dissociability in high ionic strength buffers precipitability 30% saturated ammonium sulfate differentiated the binding component a CBG—like protein present serum.
