摘要: Summary Using serial frozen sections, monoclonal antibodies and an indirect immunoperoxidase method, 13 fibroadenomas (FA) 3 cystosarcomas phyllodes (CSP) were analyzed for the expression of Egp34, HEA319-antigen, leucocyte differentiation antigens CD10, CD30, CD57, CD72, CDw75, CD77, epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), estrogen (ER) progesterone (PR), transferrin (CD71). CDw7S, HEA319 antigen, CDlO, CD30 turned out to be consistently expressed in different cell types constituting FA CSP revealed that malignant myoepithelial compartment acquires ability invade stroma. Phenomenologically, variable mode CDS7 cells, CD77 ductal epithelium, CD72 both epithelial stromal cells is suggestive reflecting differences their functional state but cannot further interpreted at present. Expression PR ER was restricted duct relatively independent, non-systematical. However, EGFR inverse. This also true CD71 FA. In contrast, able co-express absence ER. suggests a hormone-independent stimulation compartment, possibly leading local proliferation as primary event tumorigenesis CSP, however, main proliferating abnormally mobile, antigen-, CDl0- CD30-positive found ERFR which abnormal this type encountered (myo-)fibroblasts
