摘要: Background Ki-1 (CD30) antigen expression is not found on peripheral blood cells but its can be induced in vitro T and B lymphocytes by viruses lectins. Expression of CD30 normal tissues very limited, being restricted mainly to a subpopulation large lymphoid cells; particular, the recently described anaplastic cell lymphoma (ALCL), Reed-Sternberg (RS) Hodgkin's scattered parafollicular tissues. More recent reports have non-hematopoietic malignant such as cultured human macrophages, decidual cells, histiocytic neoplastic mesothelioma embryonal carcinoma seminoma cells.
