摘要: Aim To assess diffusion changes in the remote white matter and areas of with cerebral artery obstruction without magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) evidence brain parenchymal abnormalities using high b- value tensor (DTI). Materials methods A total 34 patients severe unilateral stenosis (≥75%) or occlusion middle (MCA) abnormal signals at MRI underwent DTI a b 2200 s/mm 2 3 T. Fractional anisotropy (FA), apparent coefficient (ADC), axial diffusivity (eigenvalue λ 1 ) radial 23 were measured bilateral corona radiata, anterior posterior limbs internal capsule, peduncle, pons. Results The mean FA was significantly lower ipsilateral radiata capsule than contralateral ( p higher limb 3 not different between peduncle Conclusions High could sensitively reveal regions MCA abnormalities.
