摘要: OBJECTIVE The objective of our study was to evaluate, in a review the literature, impact diagnostic ureteroscopy before total nephroureterectomy (NUT) on risk bladder recurrence. METHODS We conducted literature Pubmed database March 2018. Initial research identified 45 publications. Following full text screening, 9 studies were finally included, with 1041 NUT URS prior versus 2909 alone. primary endpoint Secondary objectives specific survival and overall survival. RESULTS Bladder recurrence reported included. Diagnostic significantly associated an increased post-NUT (HZ 1.42 [1.29-1.56], P<0.01). at 5 years, respectively 4 2 studies.
