摘要: This paper addresses the effects of cell phones on driving by means a review literature and an analysis scientifically credible epidemiological driver performance studies. A total 84 articles were obtained covering period from 1969 to 2004. Sixty-eight research papers measuring while using phone 16 studies that examined usage their relationship vehicular crashes. Epidemiological findings consistently showed increase in crashes associated with use phones. However, these did not control for exposure or driving. The negative impact is larger responses critical events than control. Drivers responded about quarter second later stimuli presence distractor all analyzed. Hands-free produced similar decrements hand-held
