摘要: The interaction effects between temperature, catalyst properties, fluidization conditions, and deposition time during carbon nanotube (CNT) synthesis by chemical vapor in a fluidized bed were investigated. While numerous investigations have attempted to correlate process parameters with CNT characteristics, selectivity yield, the is often ignored. Parametric interactions this been investigated using factorial design methodology. Besides main of time, type, temperature−time temperature−catalyst found significantly influence resultant yields. These results lay foundation for detailed parametric analysis toward optimization beds, which takes into account these effects.
