摘要: This invention relates, e.g., to a method for differentiating mammalian (e.g., human) pluripotent stem cells (PSCs) into smooth muscle-like (SMLCs) in vitro, comprising a) plating single-cell suspension of PSCs that are smaller than 50 μm at seeding concentration about 5x10 4 cells/cm 2 - 1x10 5 onto suitable surface, and culturing the under conditions which prevent from aggregating induce differentiation vasculogenic progenitor cells; b) harvesting cultured step separating them single cell μm; c) 1 x 10 cells/ cm 104 on medium is supplemented with platelet-derived growth factor BB (PDGF-BB) transforming factor-beta (TGF β1), sufficient period time allow mature SMLCs. In one embodiment invention, further subjected shear force least dyne/cm enhance differentiation, maturation and/or functionality cells.
