摘要: Abstract The present overview is charactzerized by the detailed description of two systems between which bridge still swaying and not well defined: tight junction molecules brain microvessel endothelial cells representing barrier proper nonendothelial extracellular molecules, are responsible for regulation angiogenesis, cell migration, maintenance barrier. Both extremely complicated sui generis increase their complexity a cross talk, which, however, poorly understood at present. Nobody knows differential impact leading to commitment, nothing known about links matrix regulation, pathway from integrins claudins, or precise role astrocytes astrocytoma in formation dysregulation, respectively. There no doubt that molecular analysis blood–brain outstanding clinical relevance, as insight into regulatory mechanisms paracellular primary significance development new therapeutic strategies. Treatment tumors has consider both tumor angiogenesis permeability vessels. intimately dependent on microenvironment, future research this microenvironment will be greatest challenge understanding health disease.
