摘要: Purpose To investigate the effect of severity corneal guttae on quality vision (QOV) in patients with mild Fuchs' endothelial dystrophy (FECD). Design Cross-sectional study. Participants Twenty-three eyes 14 FECD without edema slit-lamp examination (5 pseudophakic and 18 phakic lens opacity; grade 1.0–2.0 nuclear opalescence, color, 1.0 cortical cataract, posterior subcapsular cataract Lens Opacities Classification System, version III). Methods The area ratio (ARCG) cells was measured by multifocal specular microscopy. QOV parameters, that is, corrected distance visual acuity (CDVA), letter contrast sensitivity (LCS), intraocular straylight, also were measured. correlations assessed between ARCG parameters straylight CDVA LCS. Main Outcome Measures ARCG, logarithm minimum angle resolution CDVA, LCS, straylight. Results Univariate analysis showed correlated significantly ( R 2 = 0.41, P 0.001; 0.55, 0.39, 0.002, respectively). LCS 0.47, 0.001 0.001, Conclusions Corneal caused to deteriorate FECD. Patients with higher had worse or Intraocular forward light scatter may result in visual disturbances. Quantification can be useful evaluate on the QOV and determine surgical indications keratoplasty for
