Estudio de la difusión de la luz mediante C-Quant® en pacientes con distrofia endotelial de Fuchs: un estudio piloto

摘要: Resumen Objetivo La finalidad de este trabajo fue determinar la difusion luz en pacientes con distrofia endotelial Fuchs sin edema corneal clinicamente significativo, y evaluar su relacion el recuento celulas endoteliales, paquimetria parametros biomecanicos corneales. Materiales metodos Los valores fueron medidos usando C-Quant® (Oculus Optikgerate GmbH, Alemania) 32 ojos 17 diagnosticados significativo. Las propiedades biomecanicas corneales determinadas ORA Corvis ST®. Resultados El 93,8% los estudiados mostraron un valor fuera del rango normal. No se encontro ninguna correlacion estadisticamente significativa (p > 0,05) entre mediante endotelial, o las Conclusiones En nuestro estudio encontramos una alteracion Fuchs. Esta no parece correlacionarse significativamente gravedad enfermedad.
