摘要: Personality variation has been proven to affect ecology, evolution and group behaviour in many ways. Nevertheless, how social context influences behavioural strategies individual personality rarely addressed. This study sheds light on the relationship between interactions, plasticity a collective context. For this purpose, we used binary setup (i.e. an arena with two identical shelters) aggregation process of cockroaches. We tested same individuals isolated (groups 16 individuals) conditions. show that even if interactions reduce observation variation, is correlated preferences displayed isolation. Furthermore, our results suggest different levels according their shelter occupancy; high occupancy rates low are less affected by amplification
