摘要: The properties and physical interpretation of the electron diffusion coefficient, Dn, observed in nanostructured semiconductors dye-sensitized solar cells by small perturbation electrical electrooptical techniques are investigated. chemical coefficient is defined as product a thermodynamic factor (that accounts for effect nonideal statistics gradient potential) jump depends on average hopping distances rates). kinetic similarities, well differences, between interacting ions lattice electrons discussed. From these considerations, multiple trapping transport nanoporous dye can be calculated indirectly, results agreement with reduction kinetic-transport equations quasistatic approximation. several models ...
