摘要: The properties and physical interpretation of the electron diffusion coefficient, Dn, observed in nanostructured semiconductors dye-sensitized solar cells by small perturbation electrical electrooptical techniques are investigated. chemical coefficient is defined as product a thermodynamic factor (that accounts for effect nonideal statistics gradient potential) jump depends on average hopping distances rates). kinetic similarities, well differences, between interacting ions lattice electrons discussed.
