摘要: It is now recognized that epigenetic heredity important for understanding the causes of complex diseases such as cancer. Recent discoveries provided strong evidence arguing mechanisms play key roles in virtually all stages cancer development and progression. A number critical processes found cells, silencing tumour suppressor genes, activation oncogenes, aberrant cell cycle, defects DNA repair, can be a consequence not only genetic but also changes. Various environmental agents are either known or suspected risk factors human may promote tumorigenesis by eliciting Better contribution induced environment prove novel strategies prevention.
