摘要: Abstract Development of ionically crosslinked superabsorbent polyacrylic acid (PAA) self-healing hydrogels using trivalent aluminum ions was investigated. The PAA exhibited excellent behavior depending on the amount within matrix. migration these polymer matrix responsible for physical crosslinking hydrogel and origin ability. PAA-Al were insoluble in water significantly high degree swelling (∼4000%). Hydrogel also good mechanical properties with level elongation. Excellent efficiency observed under dynamic as well oscillatory rheological measurements. presence Al facilitated ability because ionic interaction gels which plays key role reversible sacrificial bonds reforms upon reversal deformative force.
