摘要: Ganoderma lucidum is a medicinal higher Basidiomycetes mushroom that exerts anticancer effects through several different mechanisms. This study investigated the of G. on telomerase activity and microRNA (miRNA) profiles MCF-7 cells. According to cytotoxicity results, ether extract exhibits highest cytotoxic potency; therefore it was chosen for subsequent assay miRNA profiling. The observed in cells treated with half-maximal inhibitory concentration (100 µg/mL dimethyl sulfoxide) 32.2% lower than control 1% sulfoxide. Among 1066 miRNAs, most downregulated hsa-miR-27a* (4.469-fold), upregulated hsa-miR-1285 (10.462-fold). A database search revealed predicted miRNAs target catalytic subunit enzyme reverse transcriptase, only miR-3687 (upregulated 2.153-fold) miR-1207-5p 2.895-fold) were changed by at least 2-fold. profile changes demonstrated this provide data set regarding their pathways regulate breast cancer lucidum. These should aid development novel treatment strategies.
