摘要: This study intends to shed some lights in Malaysian and South Koreans cultural dimensions. Second, this intend expand Hofstede’ by studying work-related values the multi-business setting. Results showed that there are changes for Malaysia power distance uncertainty avoidance dimension. Meanwhile Korea has masculinity The results of have brought significant insights business settings field organizational context.
