摘要: LncRNAs have emerged as important regulatory molecules in biological processes. They serve regulators of gene expression pathways through interactions with proteins, RNA, and DNA. LncRNA is altered several diseases the central nervous system (CNS), such neurodegenerative disorders, stroke, trauma, infection. More recently, it has become clear that lncRNAs contribute to regulating both pro-inflammatory anti-inflammatory CNS. In this review, we discuss molecular involved lncRNAs, their role mechanism action during regulation, cellular functions, use therapeutic targets neuroinflammation CNS disorders.
