摘要: Background and Objective: It is essential to establish optimum parameters for maintaining the quality of stored milk until moment consumption with minimal deterioration its properties. The aim study was evaluate total antioxidant capacity (TAC) oxidation status (TOS) fresh freeze-stored samples (at −80 ◦ C) preterm human (HM). Methods: Samples colostrum were collected from 98 healthy women within first 4 days after delivery. volume (6 ml) divided in two aliquot parts: 3 ml analysis which done immediately extraction storage under freezing conditions at C three months.
