摘要: One of the major causes failure in treatment breast cancer is occurrence metastasis, spreading primary tumor to distant organs. It thus important intervene at a key step metastatic process, such as angiogenesis, for effective treatment. Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) plays pivotal role angiogenesis. Because degree malignancy directly correlates with expression VEGF but inversely suppressor gene p16, we examined whether restoration p16 cells that lack would modulate expression, and if so, how are effects on angiogenesis metastasis. To facilitate induction recombinant adenovirus expressing (AdRSVp16) was used transduce cell lines MDA-MB-231 JygMC(A). This study showed adenoviral-mediated downregulated cells, inhibited cell-induced suppressed metastasis spontaneous model mice. Moreover, mechanism regulates also investigated.
