摘要: Abstract This article is a review of literature on multiculturalism in 35 years publications IJIR, spanning from the first issue IJIR 1977 to current May 2012. The includes empirical and theoretical articles alone. Multiculturalism discussed light demographic, policy, psychological aspects. An inductive thematic analysis revealed four themes, namely, Multicultural Education, Attitudes toward Multiculturalism, Interactions, Identity. Each these themes discussed, implications findings are explored. It noted that policy practice yet be refined match ideology multiculturalism.
