摘要: The pattern of joint involvement on conventional radiographs and the four hour gammacamera image 99Tc HMDP bone scans were studied in 33 patients with generalised nodal osteoarthritis. Both techniques showed predominant distal interphalangeal, scaphotrapezial, first carpometacarpal joints. Some joints abnormal just one investigation: either x ray or scan alone. Others a marked dissimilarity severity compared scan. This discrepancy between suggests that is imaging different process than radiograph offers way assessing change
