摘要: The incidence of asthma worldwide has increased significantly over the past two decades, especially in young children and inner cities. Although there are several contributing factors that promote severe asthmatic responses, uncontrolled inflammation leads to most consequences. Chemokines an interesting target for decreasing inflammatory response therefore altering pathogenesis reactivity lungs. However, it become clear a number chemokines play important roles various aspects reactivity. Identifying functions each these plays during responses will be imperative properly different phases condition. This review outline what is known role produced speculate on appropriateness targeting mediators therapy.
