摘要: A novel method for the immobilization of hemoglobin (Hb) and preparation reagentless biosensor was proposed using a biocompatible non-toxic zirconia enhanced grafted collagen tri-helix scaffold. The formed membrane characterized with UV-vis FT-IR spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope electrochemical methods. Hb immobilized in matrix showed excellent direct electrochemistry an transfer rate constant 6.46 s(-1) electrocatalytic activity to reduction hydrogen peroxide. apparent Michaelis-Menten H(2)O(2) 0.026 mM, showing good affinity. Based on electrochemistry, new ranging from 0.8 132 microM constructed. Owing porous structure high enzyme loading exhibited low limit detection 0.12 at 3sigma, fast response less than 5 s sensitivity 45.6 mA M(-1) cm(-2). acceptable stability reproducibility. ZrO(2)-grafted provided protein biosensing preparation. This useful monitoring practical samples satisfactory results.
