摘要: Given the difficulty in establishing exact time of HCMV transmission from mother to fetus, intrauterine infection was investigated 46 infected fetuses/newborns by correlating maternal and fetal parameters with clinical outcome according interval between onset prenatal diagnosis. In detail, 17/28 (60.7%) asymptomatic 18/18 (100%) symptomatic were as a consequence primary acquired ≤8 weeks gestational age, while 11/28 (39.3%) 0/18 (0%) congenitally when >8 weeks' gestation. Symptomatic infections appeared be associated occurring at ≤ 8 Cordocentesis performed 20 gestation should restricted high risk fetuses. J. Med.
