摘要: This work evaluates the use of cabbage leaves, Brassica oleracea var acephala (Cruciferae family) to stabilize bone mass in 13 menopausal women. The mature leaves were used after removal midrib and petiole taken as a juice given patient once day for 24 months. Densitometric exams performed every six measurement points Trocanter Ward's triangle. According results found, leaf stabilization at studied, with perspectives its an important option disease prevention.
