摘要: Boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT) occurs when a stable isotope, boton-10, is irradiated with low-energy thermal neutrons to yield stripped down helium-4 nuclei and lithium-7 nuclei. It binary in the treatment of cancer which cytotoxic event triggered an atom placed cell. Here, we provide overview on application BNCT as well current preclinical clinical evidence efficacy melanoma, brain tumors, head neck cancer, thyroid cancer. Several studies have shown that effective patients who had been treated full dose conventional radiotherapy, because its selectivity. In addition, dependent normal/tumor tissue ratio boron distribution. Increasing has can be combined different drug delivery systems enhance cells. The flexibility used combination tumor-targeting approaches made this strategy promising option for therapy. This review aims state-of-the-art recent advances use targeted
