摘要: Background: Age-related cognitive decline is often associated with unsafe driving behavior. We hypothesized that 10 active training sessions in a simulator increase and on-road performance. In addition, should outperform training. Methods: Ninety-one healthy drivers (62 – 87 years) were randomly assigned to either (1) group, (2) an attention group (vigilance selective attention), or (3) control group. The main outcome variables Seventy-seven participants (85%) completed the included analyses. Training gains analyzed using multiple regression analysis planned comparisons. Results: showed improvement performance compared both groups increased Conclusion: Driving offers potential enhance skills older drivers. Compared training, seems be more powerful program for increasing drivers’ safety on road.
