摘要: As work environments change, the demands on working people change. Cognitive abilities in particular are becoming progressively more important for performance and successful competition a global environment. However, work-related stress, over long hours, lack of sleep, shift work, jet lag affect cognitive functions. Therefore, an increasing number healthy reported to use cognitive-enhancing drugs, as well other interventions, such noninvasive brain stimulation, maintain or improve performance. This review summarizes research pharmacological technical methods training, including game apps brain, people. In neuropsychiatric disorders, impairments functions can drastically reduce chances returning work; therefore, this also findings from cognitive-training studies disorders.
