摘要: This review provides systematic coverage of examples in the field in-capillary electrophorecially mediated microanalysis (EMMA). The recent developments and applications time period up to mid 2011 have been described, as well relevant older papers. basic principles modes assays demonstrated. An overview is also given various injection, separation detection implemented combination with EMMA. presented two parts mainly dealing (i) enzymatic (ii) derivatization or chemical reactions.
