摘要: ABSTRACT The four glycoprotein colony stimulating factors regulating the production of granulocytes and macrophages in mouse man have been purified their actions characterized. cloning cDNA's for each has led to mass-production recombinant CSF's preliminary clinical trials indicate effectiveness granulocyte monocyte formation functional activity.
