摘要: Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) is a glycoprotein hemopoietic growth that regulates the survival, proliferation, differentiation, and function of neutrophils their precursors (for review, see ref. 1). Neutrophils are most common granulocytic cell found in blood tissues. G-CSF was first purified from other granulopoietic activities 1983 (2) human murine cDNAs genes were cloned 1986–1987 (3–7). implicated as major regulator granulopoiesis vivo by studies effects administering pharmacological doses recombinant protein (8, 9), consequences reconstitution lethally irradiated mice with marrow cells infected retrovirus expressing (10).
