摘要: Data from the first four volumes of Cancer Incidence in Five Continents (CI-5) and 5 years US Surveillance, Epidemiology End Results (SEER) program were analyzed for evidence geographical temporal variations incidence selected childhood tumors. Only lymphoid leukemia glial neoplasms are common enough observed differences between registries to be distinguished sampling variation. Internationally, kidney eye tumors show less variation than do lymphomas brain tumors, but none examined is constant. Wilms' tumor rates among Japanese, Singapore Chinese Indians (Bombay) approximately 60% North America Britain, whereas Scandinavia up 30% higher. This lessens status as an "index tumor" childhood. Areas or countries with especially high low other identified. Rates (SEER data) Hodgkin's disease increasing time US, while being diagnosed more frequently worldwide. However, results may largely reflect changes pathology diagnosis reporting practices, those improvements case ascertainment. Otherwise, there a remarkable stability cancers over time.
