摘要: Background: Periimplant diseases are inflammatory diseases. Thus, the level of preinflammatory  cytokines which has important role in inflammation processes can consider as biomchemical  markers for early diagnosis and prevention periimplant The aim this study was to  determine compare interleukin (IL)‑17 IL‑10 patients with mucositis  periimplantitis. Methods: This case‑‑control conducted on 51 implants were loaded at least 1 year previously, 17 mucositis, with  periimplantitis, individuals healthy implants. After clinical examination, gingival crevicular  fluid sampling carried out by paper point number 25 4 min mean value IL‑17, IL‑10  samples measured using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), square differences  (LSD) reader laboratory. data analyzed statistical software SPSS 22. Quantitative  analysis done One‑way variance (ANOVA) test LSD past  test. Results: The  results showed that there a significant difference IL‑17 between three groups ( P < 0.001). Individuals significant  lower than periimplantitis = 0.001) significantly mucositis 0.001)  Conclusions: increased compared to healthy  tissues highest concentrations were  observed respectively. Keywords: Interleukin‑10, interleukin‑17,
